Sonia is an internationally recognised lawyer with a focus on international projects, spending a considerable part of her career focused on projects and investments made to and from the Middle East.

Sonia is currently a Director for a number of companies, including Quantum and DMC.

Prior to her current role Sonia was Group General Counsel to a senior member of the ruling family in Qatar, before which Sonia was a partner for many years with global law firm Squire Patton Boggs, where she assisted clients from the Gulf region, as well as outside of the Gulf, to access large-scale projects.
